Payment Schedule

To make your travel expenses manageable we have implemented a payment schedule. You have the option to pay in three(3) parts, or to make a full one(1) time payment.

PLEASE NOTE: That payment collected by Kairos tours includes your accommodation, daily breakfast and trip resources such as travel bus. You are required to schedule and pay for your air flight travels autonomously.

An initial non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot. You may also submit the full payment of $2200.

Remaining Payment

Please submit your 2nd installment payment of $1000 to be received by May 11. Remaining balance of $700 made by July 4.*

* Cancellation Policy.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Refunds apply only to payments made in excess of the initial deposit.
Cancellations made 90 days or more prior to departure: Full refund (excluding deposit).
Cancellations made 28–89 days prior to departure: 50% refund (excluding deposit).
Cancellations made 27 days or fewer prior to departure: No refund.
